What is Functional Training?

My definition of Functional Training is very simple: training to achieve a goal or outcome.

And what that means to me is that my training methods are backed by either strong research evidence, personal experience from working with hundreds of clients or, preferably, both!

Training in Person

I train clients out of Alive Health and Fitness in Narrabundah, ACT. Training at home is also available by arrangement.
